1.3 Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, followed by email confirmation.
1.4 Shipping & Fees
- Original shipping fees are non refundable unless the error was on our side.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
