Orders are prepared and dispatched within three to five business days after payment confirmation.

  • Order processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Peak demand periods may cause short delays, with updates provided by email.
  • Orders placed outside business hours are processed on the next working day.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic shipping where available: Approximately five to seven business days.
  • International shipping: Approximately fourteen to twenty one business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Delivery times may vary due to customs checks, weather conditions, or carrier operations. Tracking updates provide current shipment progress.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and selected delivery option.

  • Free shipping may be offered during limited time promotions.
  • Express delivery options may be available for an additional charge.
  • Shipping fees are non refundable once an order has been shipped.

4. Shipment Tracking

After dispatch, a tracking number is sent by email, allowing you to monitor your shipment at any time through our Track Your Order page.

5. Customs and Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or local taxes that are not included in payments made to Alisanda.

  • Import duties and handling charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Packages refused due to unpaid fees may be refunded minus shipping costs.
  • Customs related delays are outside our control.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Once an order is handed to the courier, delivery responsibility is shared with the carrier. We will assist you in resolving delivery concerns.

  • If marked as delivered but not received, please check nearby locations or contact the local courier office.
  • Lost or stolen packages may require a formal claim with the shipping provider.
  • If an item arrives damaged, keep all packaging materials and notify us promptly.

7. Delivery Address Accuracy

Accurate address information is essential for successful delivery. Alisanda is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Please contact us immediately if an address update is needed before shipment.
  • Address changes cannot be applied once an order is in transit.

8. Returned Shipments

Orders returned due to refusal or address issues are handled as follows:

  • Reshipment: Available once additional shipping fees are paid.
  • Refunds: Issued after deducting original shipping costs.
